Very Unhappy with the service

Hi, I lost part of my finger at work and got dismissed. i lost my car and was handed over to ITC and I am struggling to get a Job, to add to all this the Labour Department is messing me around with paying out the money for my amputation. <br> I called ***0 and was asked to fax Final Medical Report to *** and did that. <br> So I waited and on the 04/11/2014 I called and spoke to Tshidi at 2pm and she asked me to call next week Thursday 13th November 2014. I called and spoke to Mcdonald at 10:20am on the 13/11/2014 and he said call in 2 weeks due to them having a new system installed. He then gave me an Event number 80224. I called back and spoke to Tryphina 10:18am on the 27/11/2014 she said call back after 2 weeks because she sent notifications to the assesors. <br> Then I called ....<br> K****tso 11:15am on the 06 January 2015 ..... nothing yet<br> Maria 8:40am on the 28 Jan 2015...still nothing, then Monica, Vincent, Tshila 10am 25/02/2015, Gregory 8:10am 12/03/2015, Kedibone, Moogo 06 May 2015 .... now they say they havent recieved the Final Medical...I dont know what to do anymore?????
