Very Unhappy

I appp**** for martenity uif on the 8th of June, i waited for 40days but it wasnt approved the lady told me stories about papers that their head office didnt receive and sent them. She asked me to come back after 14days, i called after those days but i was told the same story and was asked if the papers were sent to the head office as if i will know. I mean i am not working there. Its been 3months now without an income and their staff is rude when you express your feelings, they always say its not their fault and they know nothing
