Very poor service Kempton park

The labour department bin Kempton park is frustrating the service the is poor ,I really don't understand why are the doors still closed because we are already on level one ,,,our documents are put inside somebox which we are not sure if it's will be captured ,,others claim that their documents are lost they've been coming to the Department since level 4 but still no luck Can this be addressed as it's frastrating
