Very Poor Service

I really wish I could give it minus 1000. I have app**** for unemployment benefits since July 2020 as I have been retrenched from my employer due to Covid-19, but I only receive an SMS saying that I will have feedback within 35 days, but NOTHING!!!!! I am just curious as to how many people that have been retrenched from their employers have to get by with no money whatsoever. Our contribution to the UIF is good enough, but when it comes to paying out the benefits for unemployed people then there is no response. I will rather save my money in private than contribute to a *******, lazy company like UIF.
