Very poor service

I was recently retrenched and app**** for my uif benefits on the 7th of September , all forms were uploaded and a reference number was issued with a comment stating that I would receive feedback in 35 days.35 days has come and gone and still no feedback , the phone numbers are never answered and now I have bills piling up they need to be paid from the benefits I should have of paying uif for 20 years.

I can only imagine how many others out there are in the same boat as me.
