Very dissapointed!!!

<p>Im currently on maternity leave its been 2 months and still struggling to get my uif from the claims officer they said that they still have my ****en surname on the system ive been married for 3 years now and have been using my new surname for tha last 3 years uif said they cant pay out my money because my surname is not changed and need to go to the department of home affairs i was there several times and they say that everything is fine on the system now uif said they cant help me cause they cant change my surname im very dissapointed because ive been paying uif every month for the last 5 years but now i cant claim</p>
