Very disappointed

Very disappointing in the Kempton park UIF offices. Submitted documents in may then after a whole month trying to contact to know what happening they said the claim was not approved we must submit new documents then we submitted new documents on the 20th of July and still no answer. Keep on contacting bit there is no answer and get no responses via email.
