Very Disappointed and Angry

I have app**** for my UIF a month and 1 week aho and still nothing has been paid to my account😡I have done a follow up and they promised to get back to me by Monday and still nothing.I am not happy with this level of survive the funds should have been paid to my account 2 days ago.Please sort this issue before I loose it.I have bills to pay😡
