Very disappointed

I'm unemployed. I did apply for the R350 sassa grand. Sassa declined my application because I do qualify for uif. I went to department of labour on the 22 of September 2021 to see if I do qualify. At the uif office they give me a form and advise me to get the U119 from my previous employer and the bank form that need to be filled in at my bank. So I went and get what they ask. I went back on the 23 September with the forms. A lady at the front desk took the forms and said I must wait 35 days. After 35days nothing happened. I went back on the 17 of November, standing from 8am till 2pm for a 3rd time. Just to get there and to hear that my previous employer did not wrote here I'd nr on the U119 form. She wrote the companys number. According to uif office in Somerset west they need her ID number. And my previous employer says that the number she always wrote and it was never a problem. I'm very disappointed I've wait almost two months for nothing. The 1ste lady that help me the 2nd time when I took the forms should have checked if everything is in order. I'm not gonna stand another day in that long queue.
