Very cross still waiting on my illness claims

Good morning i just wanted to say that uif does not make right because i app**** for my illness benefits on the 31st of the 8th month and did send my documents through then only by the 22th of the 10th month it showed completed by assessor but i havent received any fund yet i phoned uif several times and emailed them all they say ur case was resolved and they will get in touch with me.the last time i phoned that was on the 11th of this month and then they said i have to send my documents again which i did but i have waited so long for my funds the thing is i have no income now and its hard why are they taking so long i need the funds.i have several case numbers but it is never resolved and i never get the money or no one is contacting me regarding my funds why.i need an awnser today and they always say they can't Give you a awnser they will get back when they have time this is not right.
