Very bad service

Department of Labour mamelodi branch has a very bad service the people who work there are very lazy and relaxed, I went to submit for my uif claim twice this week and I got the at 7 in the morning but I returned home without submiting my forms as the ques does not move especially after tea break at 10:00 we complained to the branch manager but nothing was done, and de other thing is their ques do not have a priority for elderly people, pregnant women or woman with new born babies we wait n wait the whole day then after lunch the ques do not move at all then they tell you they are offline after lunch every Friday....the service is very bad and department of Labour is taking our money without any hesitation bt we suffer to get our monies back
