Very bad bad service department of labour in pinetown

I am really heart broken I lost my job 5th of July and submitted my claim with department of labour in pinetown 3 months ago ..until today my claim is not done and he consultants keeps on telling me one and the same thing to come back in 2 weeks ...I am unemployed I am looking for my money with the department what can I do now I don’t know maybe someone can help me . I was told to submit affidavits I have done everything they want me to do but until today my claim is still sitting it’s like no one is even working on it . I am very disappointed with the bad the department has shown me in pinetown
