very appalled by service

for three years now claim i have been querying my maternity UIF benefits claim with no success. Every time I call I am told its awaiting payment or documents are not loaded but they have been received.it seems people there don’t know what they are doing. No one seems to even care that the case is this old with no resolution. I have queried this for three years now. My child speaks, has teeth and can even type messages for me and I still have not received my UIF fund, of which I am contributor of on a monthly basis without fail. What is the point of paying this benefit if it doesn’t work for me. I want my money. Revolting Service
