Utterly ridiculous and bull**** service and bull**** answers

Firstly I am utterly disappointed and disgusted, your feedback did not find me well.

We are going in for 38 working days now, and still no answer on my claim status... I had to phone each and every day in regards with this matter. Today I was told that I am still employed by Nivitex Fibreglass and Resins..... which is not true..... that submitted the retrenchment document the UI19 form on the 14th of August..... I submitted the UI19 form as well the retrenchment letter and all other supporting documents...... I want my answers on my claim I am not employed and awaiting seriously feedback from the UIF.

I continuously was told my matter was escalated by the customer service but I think this is a lie.......

UIF got all supporting documents and still they say that I am still employed by the company how ridiculous..........

I want Management to make effort and get back to me as soon as possible.......

Otherwise I will escalate this matter to a serious level
