Utterly disgusted ?

I wish I could give this an even lower rating....

Still waiting for my payout since beginning of Feb.

No response from emails sent, have appalling service where their agents drop the calls in your ear whilst trying to figure out what's happening with you claaim and all they seem to do is provide one with unrealistic timescales...

They're messing with my family's bread and butter and I'm extremely frustrated and disgusted by this..
