UTTER DISRESPECT

There’s an employee that has been assisting with queries outside, he went on lunch from 13h40 and came back at 14h50 and he is still taking time to eat. He was driving a silver grey Mercedes Benz, looks young and has a weird hair cut.

He is very rude and doesn’t attend to the public with respect.

There is also an issue where people say they are going to the toilet and end up being served whereas they did not stand in the queue like everyone else.

No one comes out to update us on what is going on and we have been standing outside.

The services here are very poor and it’s disgusting.

I’m pregnant and there are elderly people here but they don’t care about such nonethelesss.

IT’S Ridiculous!!!
