Utter disgusting

Went to labour department in Germiston we were turn back at the door by 1h00 they told us they are cliosed what the ****.the security at the absa building at the door is turning people away as per instructions.why is this why is the a sign clearly stating closing time is 4pm and yet we are being turned away this is not right somebody please look into this
