Useless useless UIF

What a tedious process!! App**** for continuation of benefits on 1/12/2023 and I am still to receive payment... The online call centre is so useless I wonder why they even have it??!!!???!!! At this point I am convinced someone is trying to swindle my UIF benefits!! Like what must happen???? Useless is what uif is
