Useless UIF system

There should be ratings worse than 1 star! I have waited nearly a year for my maternity claims and everytime i call in they say they are waiting feedback, i have not seen a cent since the start of my maternity, and my daughter is ONE next month!we are supposed to receive it the same month as we apply for our benefits, it is OUR money, why should we have to beg and plead for something we pay for?! The system is useless! I know people who went on maternity after me and received every single cent on time the whole time, why do we need to struggle like this!!!??? It is ridiculous and so pointless!
