USELESS UIF OFFICE AND ONLINE SERVICES

Hi there, I would like to know where i must go to for advice??

My first time using Hellopeter for a complained.

UIF - I was retrenched beginning of this year 2021 end Feb. So i started my UIF benefit claim 29 Apr 2021 online. I've finished this process online and i was notified that it was send to the ASSESSOR. After weeks i checked again, and nothing was done on my profile, not even a phone call back to me. So again on the 25 May 2021 i filled in all the details and app**** online AGAIN, same freaking process over and over again.... Same thing happened, message came online says, that it was send to the ASSESSOR for assessment.

Today its the 25th Oct 2021, and still nobody called me or emailed me , nothing absolutely nothing.

This Government Department is useless to say the least.

They are quick to take your Money you work hard for every Month, and at the end of the Day when you need this benefits , they turn there back on you. sorry, BUT I AM BEYOND ^%$#(&^$ FURIOUS !!!!

I've phoned AS WELL, hundreds of times to my local UIF office in PAARL, NO ANSWER what so ever, NOTHING!!! USELESS !!!

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A 5 OUT OF 5 FOR THE UIF DEPARTMENTS, BUT........????
