Useless UIF Employees

I had to go on pension from working at Transnet SOC on the 31st of January 2020. I went to all the trouble of submitting my documents at the Krugersdorp branch of the UIF. I got only one payment in February 2020. When I queried why they did not pay me any further money, their answer to me was that, according to their "records", "I resumed work on" a Sunday, "March the 15th" and "I resigned shortly thereafter", which is not true. I must mention that they did not say with whom I "resumed work". I emailed them to say I'm not satisfied with their dismissal of my claims and I am being ignored by the UIF I HATE THE UIF ORGANISATION WITH A PASSION!
