Useless UIF!!!

The service of the uif is terrible when it comes to maternity claims. The online claim system does not provide any feedback, they do not answer the phonelines. The answering machine does not even work correctly. Through email they may respond once in a while... Everytime they request info over and over, info you have submitted a 100 times. I sent them my new bank details the last time - this is now almost 2 weeks ago. How long do they take to type in details?! Now they email me and say I must submit my ID!!! Which i submitted a million times!!! They keep stalling on payouts with ridiculous emails where they request the same info over and over. They stall because they probably don't have the money to payout women who are on maternity leave and not receiving any income. We sit with newborn babies, and they simply do not see the need in paying our moneys. I have been struggling since MAY!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!
