Useless Ufiling system of the Department of Labor

Ufiling does not work at all. i have been trying on behalf of my wife to claim since June without any positive results. It goes to the assessor then to the paymaster and we get a SMS and then nothing happens. I logged a call in this regard (Ticket Reference Number: C-***) but nothing happens. it seems to me the only way to get done things done is through a bribe. i even sent a email to the Presidency hoping a top down approach might work, but without any results.
