USELESS SERVICE-NO HELP

I wrote a review last month or so as well up untill today i still did not receive any payments , now they say there is no turn around time, the assesors is still sitting with this from May, STILL NOT ASSESED. I have been on Temp dissability after bike accident since last year October and every month I am getting Short Pay
