Useless service

I have been waiting for payment since they sent me a message on the 30th April, with a claim logged on the 9th March, till this day I've been advised that they are escalations the matter with no feedback being provided. Why do we even contribute our money when we have such problems when it's time we get it back. The labour center in Maponya mall is useless they even cut the lines at 9am because they don't want to work. Useless service
