Useless service

I've been paying UIF for many many many many years, I've been unemployed since mid May, I app**** for UIF end July. They had no problem, only requested some extra documents which I provided mid August. Then they went completely quiet. I opened ticket after ticket after ticket and no one rep**** at all. Now when I finally were able to get hold of some money for internet to log in to see for myself what is going on, I saw it rejected. Could they not have told me why it was rejected mid August already, since I was waiting for end Aug and end September UIF to get paid out but no so useless from their side. What is the point of paying UIF then if I may ask if I'm not allowed to claim when in need.
