Useless people in government!!!!

I was retrenched in april . App**** for uif @ my bethal branch in may ...a lady named zama helped me . I have no idea wat she did but i was paid one installment in august and according to them it was the last and only money owed to me . I went back to complain and a guy named thabo helped me . Its now november and i havnt got paid since then nor does he return my calls . I went back into the branch and gugu then helped me . I was told i would be paid out it 10days . Its now been over 20days and nothing!!!!!! No1 calls you back nor knows whats going on!!!! This is absolutely pathetic service and unacceptable! I have been getting blacklisted because of these ppl!!!!!!
