Useless Labour department

I've tried to register for ufiling and my account has been lockout since January, everytime I call the call center they keep telling me my query is been escalated, I mean 5 months later they still struggling to tell me why my account I still locked, I am annoyed, angry ,irritated because this is money I paid for years and now I can't claim because the IT department is too stupid, I am going to loose this benefits once I start a new job
