Useless labor department.

It's ridiculous that we still being treated this way in 2024, why these government departments keep treating people this way. I lodge my claim to this department on March 2024 till today I still have to run around for my money. It's very easy when they deduct this money and pay their workers who are so rude and arrogant 😒. I went to their offices It's full of lazy staff who will always tell you the system is offline and when you submit online they keep on asking you to resubmit your documents. It's sad that to this high unemployment rate there's still people who play with their jobs by being arrogant and lazy while the economy of the country is at it's worst shame on you guys because one day you will feel what is felt by those people in those lines.
