USELESS GOVERNMENT ENTITY

Since the birth of our 2nd child August 2020 we are trying to resolve my wifes UIF matter. Numerous phone calls numerous resubmitting of required forms till date no feedback no payments status the same online.

We need to pay you from our own pockets every single month, and when we need you, you are nowhere to be found, no service from you nothing nada niks. And then I wonder why the hell do I still need to pay my UIF contribution? Its not like I will be getting anything from you the day I actually need to....

Unacceptable.
