Useless fund

This is the top point of poor service delivery. We as hard working citizens pay towards a fund that we cant claim from. My wife has been to there offices in PTA city center 3 times now and every time they have some stupid excuse even when presented with documents taken from there site they say she has the incorrect documentation.. How is a person suppose to make a living while on maternity leave when the government does not even want to help you even though you paid them for a fund.
