Useless forever taking department of labour

No hell guys i don't know i wait more than 7 months to get my money... 3 weeks ago they needed my ui-3 form at secunda branch so i did that and there was said to me about 7-10 working days and guess what its the 14th working day today... I don't know who is not doing his/her job but whats very ironic to me is thats law to deduct UIF from our salary every month, so they do not struggle or wait for our hard earned money, but if you want to claim for your own money, guys you wait forever and 3 days for it and then still nothing happens, no this is useless, very bad there is no other words than swear words for this guys, and you can't help it to loose your **** with this people really no hell this is very bad, maybe its the paymaster but then he/she is also useless ****,yeah have 1000 of people's money to pay and he-she is busy what what, then someone must get rid of him/her then he/she can't take the pressure, why doing the job then, no secunda department of labour is also useless, i struggle my ass of to get someone to give me any feedback or even said listen im goingbto push for you and put pressure on him/her atbthe provincial office where my current situation is, so hope something happens but really never saw a useless company like the department of labour its your right to get your money but geez cant wait forever and ever like i said they get or deduct their money from our salary every single month no **** man he
