Useless email address for updating details

Tried to update my banking details using the provided email address on their website but its been almost a month and still no update. This is ridiculous because why offer the option to use online platforms if there's no one to attend to those queries? Now I must leave my newborns to go queue for something that could have been resolved from the comfort of my home.
