USELESS: department of labour UIF

My wife went on maternity leave at the end of August 2017. She was then at home with our new born until end December 2017 and started work again on 2 Jan 2018. Every single month I went with her to the UIF office in Brakpan (which we were told was the best one in the area) to sign the forms and confirm she is on Maternity and and and and. Each ****** month we were told there was something wrong with her info and her name would be put on a list which was sent to the manager / superior and he / she would sort it out. Come next month same bull**** story. Everytime we phoned there was multiple excuses again. I then reverted to contacting the people who was on the UIF website as the contact person. Initially it seemed they wanted to actually assist as they were very quick and usefull. But now I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response and yesterady FINALLY they rep**** with bull**** requests. We provided each and every document they gave my wife to complete and all the needed documents from her employer MULTIPLE times. Now they want the UI2.7 again which indicates how much she was paid by employer during maternity. But we gave them this the first day she started maternity and again end December 2017. This clearly indicated that R0.00 was paid. I have even gone so far as to get statement of her bank account showing CLEARLY that nothing was paid by either her employer or the UIF department. We have spoken to 3 different people and emailed everyone. But no luck as yet. SO basically back at work a full 2 months and no payment
