Useless Department Ever

I'm on maternity leave from September 2023.I app**** for the benefits in October.Till to date I have not received any payment from the department 😔.When I go to the office's all they do is sit Infront of their PC's and chat all day every day.The say the system is offline EVERYDAY.I have written emails to the department but still no response.I need to use that money for my son.Even those so called supervisors are no help at all.Those offices need to hire young blood who want to work and help people.I have been traveling back and forth from October trying to get my claim sorted I don't have any more money to waste by going to that useless Department.Someone needs to see to the people's needs in that department because those that work there don't care AT ALL
