Useless departmenr

This is the most horrible department. I submitted a claim for maternity benefits on the 26th of June 2022 online and up until now I only received one payment on the 23rd of September. I forwarded through the medical certificate as well as birth certificate of the baby as well as submitted a continuation of Benefits on the 07 October and again in the 5th of November but no payment has been received. I have already returned to work and am still battling to get assistance. The alteram contact centre agents don't even know how to do their work because each one of them have their own version of what they think the delay might be. I have called in over a 100 times but still no luck.
