Useless Compensation Fund

<p>Department of Labour - Compensation Fund. Is been almost 2 years being taken to pilla to post without any help. Since 2015 june my mom has been visiting pretoria compensation office almost <strong>every month</strong>, she was receiving a monthly pension since her spouse passed away many years ago. The problem started 2015 june when she requested for her bank account to be changed, they requested if she can submit change of banking details and bankstament of which she did and was promised money will reflect month end of August 2015. That month end, nothing, so almost everymonth she was asked to submit the same documents for capturing and promised money will reflect. Nothing happend and months continue untill more that a year later in 2016 November the 9th the was a certain amount sent to her which was around R1000. Then when we queried the amount they said its interest earned on money that she hasnt received from june 2015 to date, that was a bit of hope as they promised the whole amount will reflect month end, but nothing, she then went back in December and that when <strong>no one actually knew what to tell her so they sent her home and asked if she doesn't visit their branch anymore to go to witbank,</strong> like really after a year and a half??. I then refered the matter to the <strong>complaints department</strong>, email conversation attached, after exchange of emails still there was no solution as i am being refere back to your offices where they couldn't help. Who is that one person that actually knows what they are doing who acually help those who are helpless??, is there anyone on that department who can actually help with this because if intrest money went through in November 2016 then documents were received for change of bank account what is really happening???. Is clear to me that *******ion is going on there as some staff are cashing in money that doesnt belong to them. I will continue to expose the rot untill all of them are arrested.</p> <p> </p>
