Useless client service from Rasist staff

After following the correct procedures the African Receptionist refuse to give me my documents and told me to come back on Tuesday. But the gentlemen behind me an African got a ticket and went straight to the Que. Absolutely shocking how our systems works with no respect for people following procedures.
