Useless

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing delays and lack of communication regarding my UIF claim. My claim status has been on "Submitted" since last week, and despite emailing UIF, I have received no assistance or meaningful feedback. I have rent and other financial commitments that depend on these payments, and the uncer*****y is causing significant hardship.
