Useless

If I could rate them a zero star I definitely would that's how useless they are, from dealing with the call center that was of no use telling me to rather go to the actual department as i have not received my first payment and when arriving there got told their system is offline, you use the last of whatever money you have to get there only to be turned away. Pay your third party online service as that was more efficient then this whole mess that's going on and stop wasting peoples time and money that they don't have to be driving up and down to get money that is rightfully theirs, they promise to pay you out in 7-15 ''working'' day's, yet here I am still waiting on this payment with still no help from the department and the useless call center. Honestly I am just disgusted with this poor service.
