Useless and incompetence

I app**** for uif in July 2015, after spending over a thousand rand going up and down to the Labour centre, I though that my issue has been resolved as I submitted the payment form on 19th with a sms stating money will be available within 7-10 day. <br> <br> I contacted the call centre and was informed there is a pending hold that must be lifted. Imagine the frustration when I got to the labour centre before 8am and the security guards refused to let me in because there is an alleged protest. I finally forced myself in as people went in and out of the centre. After begging for 2 hours, I spoke to Samuel Monnye who claimed that paymaster has a lot of payments to make. Robert doesn't answer his cellphone. Vincent dont reply to emails. Not \batho pele"principles at all.<br> Our country is being milked dry by the most useless group of *********** imbeciles.
