USELESS

<p>I've submitted my maternity claim on the 1 March 2016 to the labour department in Soweto (Orlando) </p> <p>When I submitted my claim they said I'm going to get paid in 6 weeks time which didn't happen.</p> <p>On 22 April they send me an sms saying my claim has been rejected so I went in to the office on the 26 April and they were offline so I went back on the 10 May and they said they don't have a closing date on my previous working company (Computrolley) I should just give them the date of my last day at the company then it would be sorted, so I did and still nothing. I called the call centre for days (NEVER ANY ANSWER) until I finally got hold of them 3June and they gave me the same storry again.</p> <p> I called them June 20 and they asked me to get Computrolly to complete a UI.19 FORM, which I did and send ********** za on 27 June. He rep**** saying "Your declaration is herewith acknowledged and will forwarded to the relevant section for capturing"</p> <p>I called them this morning and they said my claim is still not processed. I really don't know what to do anymore regarding this matter. I am in desperate need of Help.</p>
