pp**** for medical uif and for continuition of benefits on the16th March. Received an email that my application was approved and sent to the paymaster for payment that was the 9th June 2023.I have been phoning non stop tell me 7 days for payment,then 15 days and then 28 days.They are horrible.I asked to be escalated and was told they work from home and don't have a line to transfer.Its been almost 2 months a no payment at all.No email or sms or any feedback at all. I've been put on hold for an 1 hour. Call dropped on me as well. On the website it shows sent to paymaster then approved then closed. Please help
