Unwanted investigation case

I went to the UIF to open a case against a non-contributing party. (861224/19/RBG.) I was informet that inspector Chauke received the case on (allocated to Inspector Esther Chauke on the 14/10/2019). I received one phone call from this person to ask where the place is and that's it.

No emails or anything just to say yes we are busy, or no we don't want your case cause your white or anything? Is this how the department treats businesses that does not contribute? I have even sent e-mails asking what is happening and I just get ignored?

Extremely poor service, you are better of trying to do this alone. They might as well shut the doors.
