Unresolved Unemployed Insurance Fund.

My name is Justice I went to open a case at Randburg on the 5th September 2022 and my case was referred to Sandton department of labour. The official who is in charge of my case she is not responding to my calls neither giving feedback. I feel helpless and depressed. I don't know what should I do .
