Unreliable service ( Athlone department of labor office)

This must be the worst department in the SA government, you phone them they don't bother to answer the phone and then you have to go stand in that long lines and hope you don't catch covid because social distancing is not adhere to. I've been getting my regular uif payments since March but now I'm struggling to get the last few payments that I still need to get.
