Unprofessional conduct of persons

The branch in Klerksdorp has given me the worst run arounds.

On my first visit there I was told to have a UI19 and salary schedule, ID copy, bank.Confirmation, bank statement.

They then told me there's another company that registered me, I went to look for them as they had closed offices, I got the papers. Then secondly I got returned because there was a mistake of a digit, I fixed things then I had a ID problem which needs a confirmation letter from Home Affairs, I got it so.I have two ID numbers and the lady Bessie who seems to be the only one able to assist people said if I have that paper that shows I have app**** for a confirmation letter it can work, so last week Friday the 29th November I was returned because every form should be in the new ID,

The guy who assisted me did not even care to.listen to me as I asked that when I was working I used my former names and ID number wouldn't it affect things. He didn't have time all he wanted was to leave as it was 1:17pm and they had to leave at 1pm as they are situated at the City of Matlosana Banquet hall.

I need assistance please.
