Unprocessed Claim

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Goodwood branch. I visited the branch on Friday, 8 August 2025 to submit/sign for my second payment. However, as of today, 14 August 2025, I have not received any SMS confirmation that my request for payment was submitted.
