Unpaid UIF since 26th January 2015

I app**** for my UIF on the 26th of January 2015 and to this day I have not received it. Every time I go back on the day they suggest I come back I'm always told that it has not been approved. The days given to me to always come and check are as follows : 16 March 2015, 20 April 2015, 27 May 2015, 13 July 2015. I was told yet again that it has not been approved and that I need to come back again on the 11th August 2015. The excuse that I'm always given is the same every time that there aren't many people who approve these request so mine will be approved when they get to it. I wonder what makes other people more special that their requests get approved in less than 3 months. This is totally frustrating as I need this money to take care of my 2 year old child. I feel like I'm being given the round around here
