Unpaid UIF - maternity claim

I gave birth to my daughter in June 2021. I app**** online and submitted all the required documents. Over the last two years I have had to resubmit the same documents numerous times, I have been rudly spoken to by call center agents, tried emailing the department and I have personally gone to the Labour Department in Roodepoort for help. I am yet to receive any form of tangible help with my claim and the money is still outstanding. I am at a loss as to what more to do other than post a complaint here with the hope that someone will take my case seriously and to help me. It is beginning to look to me like someone has ****** my hard earned money in the department and no one is willing to do anything about it.
